Help Window Does not Work and gives Warning Message

Discusses the issue that occurs where the Microsoft Office Online Help window is blocked by the Pop-up Blocker feature in Internet Explorer 6.0.

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.

To override the pop-up blocker, press the CTRL key the same time that you click a link that opens a pop-up window.

Temporarily enable pop-up windows
To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click the Information Bar.
2. Click Temporarily Allow Pop-ups.
3. You receive the following message on the Information Bar:
Pop-ups temporarily allowed. To always allow pop-ups from this site, click here.
