Incorrect Display Language in Dialog Box

Behavior that occurs when you use different user interface (UI) languages together.

Incorrect Display Language in Dialog Box

Currently, this is the expected behavior in Windows Vista.

If you have a standard user account and you perform an action that requires elevated permissions, you must enter the credentials of an administrator to elevate permissions in Windows Vista. However, after you elevate permissions, the preferred UI language of the administrator appears in the dialog boxes that you open when you use these permissions. This language may differ from the preferred UI language that you expect.
