Incorrect Language in Speech Recognition Options

This issue occurs if the version of Windows Vista is not one of the following:

The U.S. English version
The United Kingdom English version
The French version
The German version
The Spanish version
The Japanese version
The Chinese Traditional version
The Chinese Simplified version

Speech Recognition is available only in these versions of Windows Vista. However, because of the way in which the Speech Recognition feature is built into Windows Vista, this feature cannot be removed from versions of Windows Vista for which Speech Recognition is unavailable.
