Website or webpage not updating in Internet Explorer 7

IE7 caches and auto-updates WebPages. This sometimes causes "update" problems.

To fix:
1. Tools
2. Internet Options
3. Under Browsing History click Settings
4. Under Check for newer version of stored pages Select "Every time I visit the webpage"
5. Ok

    This system does not work with IE7 - the site still does not download the updated version of the webpage
