What Screen Refresh Rate to use for Monitor

1. Right click on Desktop
2. Personalize
3. Display Settings
4. Advanced Settings
5. Monitor

Refresh Rate:
The number of times the screen image is "painted" or refreshed per second.

Its recommend to use what the manufactory has recommend.

Usually 60 Hertz for LCD and 75 Hertz for CRT Monitors.
