1. Control Panel
2. User Accounts and Family Safety
3. User Accounts
4. Click turn User Account Control On or Off
5. Untick Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
6. Ok
7. Restart

    The "tick box" is NOT checked and I still get the annoying message. Is there any OTHER way to disable this Thanks.
