Enable or Disable Animation of Controls and Elements inside Windows

Animation and fading effects on buttons, scrollbars and other elements inside window.

1. Right click Computer > Properties
2. Advanced System Settings
3. Under Performance click Settings
4. Tick (Enable) or Untick (Disable) Animate Controls and Elements inside Windows
5. Apply
