Enable or Disable Fade and Slide Menus into View

Fading effect and Menus which slide into view.

1. Right click Computer > Properties
2. Advanced System Settings
3. Under Performance click Settings
4. Tick (Enable) or Untick (Disable) Fade or Slide Menus into View
5. Apply

    Yes we can disable tool tip. But honestly theres only 3 checks that need to be running on the system to keep the composition and glass but get rid of everything else
