Enable or Disable Smooth Scrolling

Smooth Scrolling Up and Down.

1. Right click Computer > Properties
2. Advanced System Settings
3. Under Performance click Settings
4. Tick (Enable) or Untick (Disable) Smooth-Scroll List Boxes
5. Apply

    Your tip covers only smooth scrolling for list boxes not explorer or Office documents

    This information is only relevant to "Smooth-Scroll list boxes" as the option states. Does nothing for window scrolling e.g. scrolling down web pages.
