Where is Index.dat File in Windows Vista?

Its located at:
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

Make sure you have Show Hidden Files and Folders under Folder Options enabled, and disabled Hide Protected Operating System Files and Folders.
