Its recommend to do it via the program properties but when that doesn't work:
Simple:1. Start2. All Programs3. Startup4. Right Click > Delete (It won't delete the application because its just a shortcut)
Advanced:1. Start2. Type msconfig under Start Search > Enter3. Startup4. Un-tick and Apply.
