Flash Player wont Install - Keep getting Get Adobe Flash Player

So you have been trying to install Flash and still keep getting "Get Adobe Flash Player" after successful install?

Problem:
Flash doesn't really install due to Windows Vista restrictions.

Follow the below steps to install Flash:

1. Download: http://www.adobe.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_ie

2. IMPORTANT: Right click the EXE and select Run as Administrator

3. Click yes during installation when it tries to write in Windows System folder.

4. Done.
