This happens due to 2 reasons:

1. Wrong drivers installed
2. Drivers not installed properly or bug in driver software

To Fix:
1. Right Click Computers > Properties > Device Manager
2. Under Display Adapters Right Click the Device > Properties > Driver
3. Roll Back Driver

This will fix the 1.0 Graphics and Gaming Graphics problem. If you can't click Roll Back Driver, uninstall and install the driver.
