This device has no drivers installed or is incorrectly configured. Update the driver(s) by clicking Update Driver. This starts the Hardware Update wizard.

    It just assumes that the re-install or update driver option works. The reason I am searching for help is that it doesn't work

    update wizard install the same driver device still not working

    Anyone smart enough to search the internet for an answer has already gone through the obvious choice of updating the driver. I agree with the other comment: It just assumes that the re-install or update driver option works. The reason I am searching for help is that it doesn't work!
