    If we are asking it's 99 of cases because the update driver is NOT working either ... Drivers is present last update signed Vista compatible WAS working anyhow. After desintalling unable to re-install it. Vista home premium sp1 - Intel wifi link 4965AGN - devnode status 01802400 DN_HAS_PROBLEM Driver has been de-install in the first place all over with the device trying to solve the fact that network connection properties was inoperant (unable to modify anything incoherent messages) Same symptoms on all network connections.

    Useless!! I've updated the driver a million times and I still get a Code 31 cannot load error. WHAT the hell

    Because there are hundreds of people out there with this problem and all it says is update the driver. We have all updated the sound driver installed and uninstalled tried new drivers and there's still an X over the little speaker icon in my tray. It says NO AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICE IS INSTALLED. Oh yes but IT IS INSTALLED many times over. I have Vista 32 bit and I HATE IT.
